**Observational Experience:** Spend five days each at renowned institutions including the University of British Columbia, University of Utah, and Cedars-Sinai, shadowing expert mentors and gaining firsthand insights into their practices.

**AOFAS Annual Meeting:** Attend the prestigious AOFAS Annual Meeting, a premier foot and ankle surgery event, where you'll engage with cutting-edge research, innovative techniques, and industry leaders.

**Research Collaboration:** Collaborate with mentors at your visited sites to develop a research project, fostering academic growth and professional development.
